Job description

DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record their locations.
  2. Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on orders.
  3. Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
  4. Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and their locations.
  5. Receive materials and supplies from suppliers by verifying codes, serial numbers, and quantities against purchase orders; place materials in stock.
  6. Pull items from inventory (physically & in Maximo) for work orders by identifying items and serial numbers as per PR requests.
  7. Keep close track of inventory usage in the system and physical stocks, ensuring stocks are replenished and available at all times.
  8. Maintain shared tools inventory and track in & out usage.
  9. Monitor issuance of tech tools/PPE to users/requestors, ensuring diligent issuance.
  10. Cover procurement duties during absences and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  11. Support the procurement department closely.
  12. Receive materials from suppliers.
  13. Follow up on pending items.
  14. Identify and understand the urgency of materials requested.
  15. Conduct stock taking and create inventory records.
  16. Manage bench stocks and store housekeeping.
  17. Coordinate with technicians and suppliers regarding rejected or incorrect items.
  18. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week - Mon to Fri, 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM

Off days: US & SG PH Off
