Job description

The Procurement Manager at ROS New Energy is responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials, equipment, and services in alignment with project requirements. This role ensures the timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods, while meeting the company's quality standards and contributing to overall project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and qualify vendors; maintain the Approved Vendor List; develop supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery performance.
  • Purchase Order (PO) Management: Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders; monitor procurement lead times; coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with project schedules.
  • Cost Optimization: Achieve targeted procurement cost savings; monitor supplier NCR rates; negotiate best value without compromising quality.
  • Expediting & Delivery Assurance: Oversee expediting activities to eliminate critical delays; track material availability and escalate risks to schedule; coordinate with logistics for efficient delivery.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory turnover; maintain optimal stock levels; ensure timely replenishment to avoid disruptions.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain error-free procurement documentation; ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and audit standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders to align procurement priorities; participate in project review meetings to provide status updates.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain a procurement KPI dashboard; submit monthly reports for review and incentive validation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
