Responsibilities

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting and managing procurement systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across internal and external stakeholders. You\'ll play a key role in enhancing procurement system efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting users to ensure seamless sourcing and purchasing activities that align with company policies and strategic goals.
• Provide L1 Helpdesk for both internal and external users on Procurement systems and processes. Answer and respond to phone calls, emails and chats for system related issues.
• Manage and coordinate Procurement systems related projects, including configuring and testing of change requests, enhancements and new functionalities.
• Responsible for both internal and external users\' access to the Procurement systems and monitoring their activities.
• Manage and work with internal and external users on other master data set-up and accuracy, including monitoring sourcing events as and when required. (Vendor master set-up, risk assessment related issues, catalogs set-up, maintenance of master data etc.)
• Conduct internal audit checks on Procurement systems and processes to ensure company\'s policies and procedures are adhered to accordingly.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time as may be required in his/her role.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma or above in related fields
