Job Descriptions:
  • Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders, requests for quotations (RFQs), and tender documents.
  • Source and obtain supplier quotations, ensuring cost competitiveness and compliance with specifications.
  • Follow up with suppliers and vendors on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and storekeepers to monitor material usage and delivery needs.
  • Update and maintain supplier records, price lists, and procurement files systematically.
  • Verify delivery orders and invoices for accuracy before processing for payment.
  • Support vendor evaluation and assist in resolving delivery or quality issues.
  • Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and in accordance with audit and ISO requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement department, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Procurement Executive or Manager.
  • Job Requirements:
    • GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or Certificate in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
    • At least 2 years of procurement or administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Familiar with construction materials and basic purchasing processes is an advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic procurement systems or ERP software.
    • Good communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
    • Detail-oriented and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
