The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders. Job Description
  1. Perform data collation and analysis of the pre-entry housing applications received
  2. Provide daily and monthly statistical reports to Licensing Management
  3. Assist to generate non-compliance statistics and generate letters for administrative letters to be imposed on non‑compliant employers
  4. Attend to public enquiries received via CRM or phone and to assist with handling appeals against the administrative actions
  5. Conduct preliminary assessment for housing applications with unique circumstances and propose appropriate course of actions
Requirements
  1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform accurate data collation, analysis, and basic reporting.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Outlook, for effective email correspondence and case coordination.
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear responses, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  4. Ability to independently assess cases and propose appropriate courses of action especially when handling non‑standard or complex cases with unique circumstances.
  5. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking ensuring accuracy in data handling and sound judgement in case processing.
