A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage process safety and oversee the Management of Change (MOC) process. Candidates should have a Bachelor in Engineering and around 10 years of experience in the Chemical Industry. Strong knowledge of HAZOP, communication skills, and innovative thinking are essential. The role involves both office and field work in a chemical plant environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Chemical Industry.
• Knowledge of chemical plant and ESH compliance programs.
• Experience with process safety safeguards.
• Understanding of process safety safeguards like interlocks.
• High degree of technical competence.
• Experience in plant Commissioning and Start-up operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and manage process hazards.
• Lead sessions applying safety assessment tools.
• Oversee Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Consult design and operation of process safety safeguards.
• Ensure fulfillment of process safety site goals.
