Our client is looking for a Process Expert responsible for executing and leading various studies and projects and ensure clear analyses are shared to various stakeholders. Candidate would have the opportunity to play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company while gaining hands‑on interactions with various data and cross‑functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Business Case study within perimeter
  • Control and monitor activity (scope, planning, budget, quality)
  • Raise alerts to necessary team
  • Participate in defining action plans and priorities
  • Prepare / contribute to Business Requirement Documents
  • Define and execute Test Cases
  • Follow up of the action plan
  • Make decision at project/study level
  • Participate to the change, migration and tests strategies for operations
  • Perform user change management actions to obtain sign‑offs / approvals for successful milestone completions
  • Manages interdependencies and ensures overall consistency on processes within perimeter.
  • Organize dedicated workshops, meetings when needed to control the overall consistency of processes within perimeter
  • Organize validation committee within perimeter with all impacted teams
  • Contribute to ensure the reporting related within perimeter to the necessary teams
Qualifications and Profile
  • 5-10 years of overall relevant experience
  • Few years in Project Management as Lead or Key Contributor
  • Strong knowledge of standard operational processes
