We are looking for you, Process Engineering Lead (NEXBTL), to join our Technical Team in Neste Tuas Singapore.

In this role you will lead a team of process engineers, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Safety and Engineering functions to strive for Operations Excellence in all plant performance aspects through improvement initiatives and projects.

Your team will focus on stabilizing and improving the NEXBTL and Hydrogen Production process to achieve high efficiency across different production modes. You will also collaborate with corporate stakeholders from the Technology Office, Feedstock Supply Team, and Production Planning Team.

  • Lead process technology team to support Refinery Operations and Plant improvements.
  • Enable process engineering team high performance through competency development and performance reviews, and plan resource loading for the team.
  • Own and drive process optimization, troubleshooting and development topics to reach strategy targets.
  • Endorse or approve specific categories of process technology changes, including (not limited to) capital investments, trial test runs, use of new feedstocks and additives, and defining unit-specific tolerances.
  • Act as reviewer or owner for Process Engineering NMS document.
  • Responsible for Process Engineering KPI performance.

  • Degree in chemical engineering or relevant field and understanding of chemical processing unit operations and engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in process engineering and operations in the oil and gas, refining or petrochemical industry.
