Job description
The Opportunity:
  • Our client, Government-Affliated Science Agency
  • Working Location: One-North area
  • Basic Salary: Up to $3,500 (Based on experience)
  • Working hours: 4 days, 12hour shift from 9AM/PM
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers. (Include equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers)
  • Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.
  • Work with internal and external parties to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to integration owner.
  • Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites (subject to requests).
  • Identify and address potential areas for improvements such as cycle time, utilization, and cost.
  • Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment under supervision.
  • Understand and follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.
Job Requirements:
  • Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Strong adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures.
  • Proficient in operating semiconductor equipment and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer processing is a plus.
  • Able to transport wafers in cleanroom and coordinate logistics.
  • Independent, responsible, and able to work in a team.
