Overview

We are seeking a discreet and highly organized Private Personal Assistant to support the Director across daily personal and professional activities. This role requires intuition, adaptability and a calm approach while moving in fast paced environments. You will stay close to the Director’s schedule and provide seamless support that keeps everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Lifestyle and Personal Support
  • Accompany the Director to appointments, events and engagements
  • Handle day to day personal requests with care and precision
  • Manage errands, reservations, gifting and personal shopping
  • Coordinate household and lifestyle related matters when needed
Schedule and Coordination
  • Maintain and update calendars
  • Plan and arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Anticipate needs and prepare ahead for upcoming activities
Logistics and Operations
  • Oversee bookings, suppliers, deliveries and service providers
  • Ensure smooth transitions between locations and appointments
  • Manage ad hoc requests that arise throughout the day
Communication and Confidentiality
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the Director
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Represent the Director with professionalism at all times
