Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage the settlement processes for various wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, and structured products.
• Handle corporate actions, position reconciliation, and client statements.
• Participate in systems user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training new system users.
• Propose constructive and practical improvements to enhance operational workflow and minimize risks.
• Oversee the management of the SWIFT Alliance System, including processing SWIFT payments.
• Address issues related to remittances and deposits, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, specifically in Private Wealth Management operations.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Avaloq systems will be an advantage.
