For additional details, please visit www.gf.com.In this role within the Growing Manufacturing Transformation Office at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, we are seeking a personable and highly motivated SAP expert proficient in Material purchases planning and inventory management, Production Planning related business processes, and MES Integration. We are looking for a model change driver who can assist in a significant technology transformation program by managing day-to-day project management tasks and activities effectively.Your responsibilities will include reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing Transformation and leading the implementation of a multi-phase operating model in collaboration with manufacturing and IT teams. You will work closely with manufacturing stakeholders to evaluate business practices in material planning, consumption, MES integration, and Material master. As a change agent, you will facilitate proactive and productive conversations to enhance the adaptation of new operating models and Best-Known Methods. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and program milestones, collaborating with various teams and partners to ensure system readiness and timely feedback.To excel in this role, you must be comfortable in matrix management environments, exhibit strong project management skills, and effectively handle multiple complex projects simultaneously. Compliance with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other guidelines is essential. Clear communication between all project stakeholders, along with regular progress reporting to the Executive Steering Committee, is a key aspect of this role. Success will be measured by your ability to secure stakeholder buy-in efficiently, implement operating models on schedule, and minimize operational disruptions during system rollout.To be considered for this position, you should have at least 12 years of SAP S/4 HANA experience in ERP Material Planning, Production Planning MES Integration, and a proven track record of implementing SAP in Semiconductor manufacturing. Hands-on experience in leading large SAP change implementations in PP and materials Management is required. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business administration, Information Systems, Program Management, or a related discipline is also necessary. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including proficiency in MS PowerPoint, are crucial. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and a willingness to travel up to 10% are expected.
