What you will be working on

• To develop, transfer & qualify new & derivative processes and seamless transfer to Production.
• Lead cross functional team to resolve any process issues encountered during development/transfer.
• Run design of experiments (DOE) to optimize process integration and to determine the process specification
• Resolve all process integration issues by ensuring all window checks are done on critical process steps identified in failure mode effect and analysis (FMEA)
• Work on inline & electrical test (ET) low CPK parameters & test vehicle esort yield improvement
• Identify and correct all ET related problems that may affect seamless production
• Ensure all runsheets are "production worthy"
• Prepare engineering lot report for every new device & experiment

More about you

• Master degree or above in semiconductor/electronics/electrical/Physics/Material engineering or relevant disciplines. Ph.D is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years working in a semiconductor manufacturing industry with experience in device/process development or integration.
• Experience in HV, BCD, RF, NV, and BiCOMS device & technology development is desired and preferred
• Good knowledge in semiconductor device physics.
• Possess CMOS fabrication experience.
• Good knowledge in HV, BCD, RF, NV, BiCMOS and eFlash device and technology
• Good interpersonal skills in working with different cultures and multi continental teams.
