Job description

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Cultivate and build longterm relationships with senior executive clients (i.e., C-suite, Businessheads, VPs) of companies in the Financial Services Sector (technologytransformation)
• Perform as a subjectmatter expert for transformation programs and advise, shape and providesolutions to business challenges presented by the client.
• Lead a team ofconsultants, business analysts and delivery managers for the end-to-endprogram for multiple geographies
• Collaborate withBusiness units, Operation Units, Technology partners in ensuringend-to-end system and process delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 15 to 17 yearsof experience of working in either technology transformation or cloudstrategy or operations team or in a consulting firm with credentialsof having delivered transformation projects
• Deep understanding ofthe Asia-Pacific and cross-border payment schemes.
• Proven experience inconsulting services in business, IT, digital or acquisition across themultiple countries
• Experience in technologytransformation, data and application migrations
• Ability to engage theclients on their important and challenging business issues
• Ability to build strongrelationships at the senior management level
• Strong critical thinkingskills, analytical abilities, and the capacity for creative thinking tosolve relevant client problems and issues
• Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills
• Strong communicationskills in English - verbal and written
