A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Planning Engineer for the civil construction industry. The role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating with construction teams. Applicants should have a Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 completed project cycles. Proficiency in Primavera is required. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $3,500 to $5,000 plus variable bonuses.

Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
Salary is $3,500 - $5,000 + Variable Bonus
The Planning Engineer is responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, and reporting for construction projects or tender projects.
Maintaining continuous communication and coordination with the construction team, including subcontractors.
Assist the Senior Planning Engineer and Project Manager in developing strategies, analyzing procurement and installation schedules, monitoring crew performance, and ensuring effective communication channels are maintained.
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Structural preferred) or equivalent
Minimum 2 completed construction project cycle experience
Hands‑on experience with Primavera for (1-3 years’ experience)
Prepares Primavera P6, to monitor the progress and substantiate time and cost entitlements.
Prepares contract programmes, including high level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
Reviews contract conditions so as to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and to propose recommendations to mitigate risks.
Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts.
Assist with the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including presentations to clients.
Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, progress trackers and programming health checks.
Prepares detailed commissioning programmes.
Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading.
Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes, and litigation on programming.
