Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct interactive and engaging classes aligned with curriculum objectives.
  • Develop detailed and well-structured lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials.
  • Regularly evaluate and monitor students' academic progress through assignments, assessments, and observations.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a productive environment that encourages active participation.
  • Provide constructive and timely feedback to students to support their learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and progress for reporting purposes.
  • Support the holistic development of students and offer additional support where necessary.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Academic Manager or school administration.
