A leading IT security firm in Singapore seeks a skilled technician to handle preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure. The role demands experience with network products and excellent communication skills. Candidates with CCNA/CCNP certifications and three years of relevant experience are preferred. The technician will work primarily in Jurong East, handling tasks aimed at maintaining large-scale IT environments efficiently while also engaging with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining large scale IT infrastructure.
• Ability to engage external stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Flexibility to work after-office hours for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Develop equipment checklists for preventive maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at client sites.

Technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems

Cisco/Alcatel Switches/routers knowledge

SolarWinds, Cisco Prime Infras knowledge

Microsemi NTP Server, F5 knowledge

ITIL processes knowledge
