Job summary

A preschool centre in Singapore is seeking a qualified educator to design lesson plans and foster child development. You will create a welcoming environment, evaluate teaching strategies, and engage with parents. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education, has at least 1 year of experience, and is committed to the educational growth of children.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or relevant, with LON.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lesson plans with age-appropriate materials.
• Foster positive behaviours in the preschool centre.
• Evaluate lesson plans and amend accordingly to the needs of the children.
• Conduct observation and update parents on child's progression.
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children.
• Adhere to HPB, ECDA and Centre SOP guidelines.
• Build strong parent-teacher partnerships with two-way communication and involvement.
