Job description

• Direct the comprehensive management of the center’s day-to-day functions.
• Provide professional Early Childhood expertise, leadership and ensure consistent deliverance of quality standards.
• Foster teachers in creating a positive and inviting learning environment.
• Ensure all staff uphold strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Prioritize the well-being of children by enforcing consistent safety and hygiene measures within the preschool.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Maintain open, constructive communication with parents and staff.
• Review and improve the centre’s policies, philosophy, and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)/Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school
• Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process
