Job summary

A prestigious restaurant chain in Singapore is seeking a skilled Bartender to join their team. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages in a renowned high-end steakhouse environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of cocktails and at least one year of bartending experience. Working hours are typically 3PM to 11PM, with some weekend shifts. Responsibilities

• Preparation of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages.
• Service of food & beverage.
• Presenting and closing of checks.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate cash float and till.
• Ensure cleanliness is met and up to sanitization standards.
• Responsible for daily bar inventory, supplies and display.
• Opening & closing duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Good knowledge of Cocktails, Liquor, Beer and Wine

Minimum 1 year bartending experience
