Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in precision machining (CNC milling, turning, grinding, EDM).

• Solid knowledge of machining processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily production activities.
• Lead and supervise machinists and technicians.
• Ensure all parts conform to drawing tolerances and customer specifications.
• Allocate manpower and oversee shift operations.
• Ensure machines are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Enforce workplace safety practices.
