Job description

Responsibilities

• Align the centre’s curriculum and programmes with the organisation’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Enhance and sustain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
• Oversee operational and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre‑school Education – Leadership/Training (DPE‑L/T) or equivalent, recognised by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing pre‑school centres.
• Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with SPARK (Singapore Pre‑school Accreditation Framework) will be an added advantage.
