Overview

Position: Logistics Executive at Singapore Jobs


Location: Cecil Street (Telok Ayer MRT Station: 2–3 mins walk away)


Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)


Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits


Duration: Permanent


Industry: Pharmaceutical trading company



Main Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage full order fulfilment cycle from PO placement to goods delivery

  • Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and consignees across countries to ensure timely shipment and documentation

  • Arrange international shipments (by sea/air/land) and confirm booking with freight forwarders or shipping lines

  • Prepare and verify full set of logistics and export documents

  • Handle Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL), Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (Form E / D / AK), Import/Export Permits, Letter of Credit (L/C) and DA submission documents

  • Track and monitor shipment milestones and proactively update internal teams or customers

  • Work closely with finance team to follow up on payments to suppliers and service providers

  • Ensure all documentation complies with buyer/seller contract terms, bank requirements, and customs regulations



Requirements


  • Requires Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field

  • At least 2–4 years’ experience in a trading company, logistics, or export/import operations

  • Knowledgeable in Incoterms, international shipping, and banking terms (L/C, DA)

  • Knowledgeable in freight booking, customs clearance process, and coordinating with shipping agents

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
