Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to fulfill customer project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, freight partners, and 3PL providers for comprehensive cargo handling, shipment booking, and documentation processes.
• Work closely with permit declarants and port authorities to ensure timely completion of customs documentation and formalities for seamless cargo transition.
• Maintain and supervise up-to-date records and management databases for shipping activities.
• Track all freight-related costs, assist with billing, invoicing, supplier payments, and reconcile revenue and cost accruals during monthly reporting cycles.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; candidates with relevant logistics operational experience in 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing will also be considered.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for operational and reporting purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
