About Us

L’éclair Patisserie & Café is Singapore’s pioneer in modern French éclairs and handcrafted pastries. Since 2015, we’ve grown from a boutique pastry café into a beloved local brand known for creativity, elegance, and quality.

As part of our continued growth, we are opening a pop-up concept store with a beauty brand to bring our signature éclairs and café experience to new audiences. We are seeking a Pop-Up Store Supervisor who will take ownership of this outlet — ensuring smooth operations, strong sales, and excellent customer service on behalf of the management team.

Role Overview

The Pop-Up Store Supervisor will lead and oversee all daily operations at the pop-up location.

You’ll act as the main point of contact between the team on-site and L’éclair’s management, ensuring that brand standards, product quality, and guest experience are consistently upheld.

This role is ideal for someone hands‑on, organised, and dependable — who can work independently and treat the pop-up as their own.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
  • Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and café ambience at all times.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and daily sales reporting.
  • Handle basic cash management and POS operations.
  • Liaise with HQ for product delivery, marketing updates, and promotions.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise and schedule part‑time staff at the pop‑up.
  • Train and brief staff on service standards, product knowledge, and operations.
  • Maintain team morale and ensure consistent customer experience.
  • Lead by example during service hours — engaging customers and upholding brand standards.
Customer Engagement
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service; share brand story and product recommendations.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Foster repeat patronage through excellent service and rapport‑building.
Sales & Reporting
  • Drive daily sales performance and meet revenue targets.
  • Submit end‑of‑day reports (sales, stock balance, feedback).
  • Track fast‑moving SKUs and suggest product adjustments where needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B retail, café, or pop‑up/event operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Customer‑service oriented and confident in handling fast‑paced environments.
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to commit for 6 months (Nov 2025 – May 2026).
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.
