A leading global financial provider in Singapore seeks a meticulous Policy Administrator to support their Operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in the insurance industry, proficient in Microsoft Office, and has a service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include administrative support, processing insurance applications, and managing client communications. Our client is leading global financial provider of cross-border wealth planning and employee benefits solutions, supporting high-net-worth individuals and international companies across multiple markets. Their Singapore office is expanding, and are looking for a dedicated policy administrator to join the Operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, service-oriented, and experienced in insurance operations, AML/KYC, and client servicing—especially within the high-net-worth (HNW) client segment.
Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to internal teams, intermediaries, and clients.
Review client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and risk assessment requirements.
Process new insurance applications and policy servicing requests, including due diligence checks (name screening, public domain searches, AML/KYC, remediation, source-of-wealth reviews).
Perform data entry for applications and post-sales transactions.
Liaise with custodian banks on account opening and account-related matters.
Manage the customer service mailbox and respond to all incoming correspondence (emails, letters, faxes), including complaint handling and resolution.
Handle product and service-related enquiries from internal teams, intermediaries, and clients.
Prepare periodic management and operational reports.
Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other administrative duties as required.
Diploma or Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
Additional certifications such as M5, M9, or LOMA will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proactive, fast learner with willingness to master internal systems.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Independent team player with initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.
Knowledge of CDD/AML procedures within an insurer environment will be an advantage.
