Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to internal teams, intermediaries, and clients.

  • Perform data entry for applications and post-sales transactions.

  • Liaise with custodian banks on account opening and account-related matters.

  • Manage the customer service mailbox and respond to all incoming correspondence (emails, letters, faxes), including complaint handling and resolution.

  • Handle product and service-related enquiries from internal teams, intermediaries, and clients.

  • Prepare periodic management and operational reports.

  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry.

  • Additional certifications such as M5, M9, or LOMA will be an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proactive, fast learner with willingness to master internal systems.

  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Independent team player with initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Knowledge of CDD/AML procedures within an insurer environment will be an advantage.
