• Conduct stakeholder interviews and document workflows and architecture.
• Perform gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and compliance risks.
• Develop transformation opportunities aligned with PMS capabilities.
• Design future‑state operating models supporting analytics and compliance.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment for implementation readiness.
• Deliver key documentation including Gap Analysis Reports and Implementation Roadmaps.
