A leading consulting firm in Singapore seeks a skilled manufacturing engineer to define and enhance core manufacturing processes. You will drive innovation through digitalisation and lead specialist projects in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in plastic injection, with knowledge in relevant manufacturing technologies.   • Provide manufacturing expertise to development projects.

Responsibilities
  • Define and improve core manufacturing processes to optimise product design, efficiency, cost, sustainability, and safety.
  • Drive innovation in manufacturing through digitalisation, automation, and advanced technologies.
  • Lead and deliver manufacturing specialist projects (e.g. molding, assembly) within budget, timeline, and performance targets.
  • Support product industrialisation and design-for-manufacturing, assembly, and testability initiatives.
  • Manage CAPEX projects, including tooling investments and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Review tooling concepts, designs, and supplier quotations in collaboration with Procurement and NPI teams.
  • Provide manufacturing and technical expertise to development and site-level projects.
