• Process Monitoring: Monitor the molding process to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks on produced parts using measuring devices like calipers and optical comparators to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with materials, equipment, or the production process that lead to defects or downtime.
• Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections and perform preventive maintenance on molding machines and related auxiliary equipment.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of process changes, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
