Plant Expansion Manufacturing Facilities Senior / Technician (Building/ Aircon/ Facility System) Up 3.8K #HJC

Maintenance of facilities and building systems. This position supports facilities engineers (supervisor) in maintaining one or more of the following facility systems: Process water system, HVAC system, clean room system, boiler system, incoming power, water supply, air compressed system, building maintenance, fire protection system, sanitary system and janitorial service.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of facilities systems including clean room system as assigned by supervisor.
• Support and attend to daily ad hoc minor requests from offices, warehouse, lab, EHS, etc.
• Perform daily logging and inspection of facilities systems including clean room system to ensure that all systems are operating within specification and tolerances.
• Assist senior technician to oversee and ensure that contractor and vendor perform all tasks to specification (per predetermined work statement) and compliance to GxP and EHS requirements.
• Maintain clean room equipment (Scope and Magnifying lamp) and furniture (Table and chair).
• Respond and perform immediate repair for breakdowns of non‑critical facilities systems. Escalate serious system breakdown to senior technician for corrective action.
• Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
