Job summary

A leading construction engineering firm located in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to assist in developing and managing comprehensive construction planning and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of engineering experience in building construction, including 5 years in management. Strong abilities in project management and coordination for temporary facilities are essential. This role aims to optimize operational effectiveness and provide technical solutions to complex challenges.

  • Assist PM in development and management of construction planning and forecasting.

Assist PM in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive construction temporary facilities planning, forecasting. Develop and maintain streamlined and comprehensive planning, forecasting. Work closely with PM to develop strategic construction plans for growth & to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Develop technical solutions and strategies in project management, construction management, engineering, or related field. To prepare all necessary authority application for TOP with consultants and HOD with QA/QC manager. All temporary facilities (TC, PH, CPB, ECM), involving installation, removal, transferring to do detail planning ahead and lead coordination for PM. All temporary work (Jump lift, steel bridge, L2 temp column, access, etc.) to prepare detail planning with HOD proactively and effectively. All Temporary phase construction methodology and coordination, need to prepare detail planning with HOD for TOP. All necessary external work coordination and planning to prepare with HOD. All system formwork, alum formwork, to prepare construction planning to prepare. To study and develop RESI typical floor 6 days cycle per CJ with project leading team.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in building construction, including at least 5 years of experience in managing construction of building projects of similar scale and complexity.
