Job summary

A public housing authority in Singapore is looking for a planning professional to play an integral role in the physical and land use planning of new towns and rejuvenation of existing estates. What the role is:

You will play an integral part in the physical and land use planning of new HDB towns/estates and rejuvenation planning for existing estates.

What you will be working on:

Your responsibilities include conducting master planning, strategic and scenario planning, planning consultation and assessment, planning research/analysis, and drawing up planning strategies and programmes for implementation.

What we are looking for:

You should have background in Town/Urban & Regional Planning. Those with relevant town planning experience would be advantageous, including relevant experience with ArcGIS Pro, and the knowledge and skill in applications of planning and data analytics. You should have strong communication skills, as well as excellent analytical and writing skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a team.
