Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Implement evidence‑based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in health and wellness initiatives within the organization
  • Collaborate with physicians, health coaches, and nutritionists as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Assisting the Head of Clinical Operations on quality checks and internal audits to maintain licensing compliance
Required Qualifications Or Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
  • Valid registration or licensure with the relevant professional board or council
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac or other rehabilitation
  • Proficiency in conducting physical assessments and using therapeutic modalities
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards
Preferred Skills Or Traits
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and teams
  • Empathetic and patient‑centered approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficientlyCommitment to continuous professional development and evidence‑based practice
  • Experience and interest in lifestyle medicine or integrative health settings is a plus
