Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound inventory including receipt of invoices and monitoring stock levels.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory management systems and databases.
• Coordinate procurement of therapeutic products and medical devices.
• Follow up on quotation requests from customers.
• Prepare and process quotations by liaising with suppliers.
• Process customer orders including preparation of purchase orders.
• Arrange shipments and coordinate delivery schedules.
