A leading supplier in laboratory equipment in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and manage sales within pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field and at least 2 years of sales experience in similar environments. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. The role offers a competitive base salary along with commissions and incentives based on performance.
Develop and manage sales within pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing pharmaceutical plant clients to ensure stable and recurring purchases.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities for laboratory consumables, protective gloves (e.g. nitrile gloves), and laboratory equipment.
Understand client production and quality requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical plant or manufacturing environments.
Existing established client base in pharmaceutical plants with stable purchasing demand.
Proven sales performance with average annual.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
Base Salary: SGD 3,300 – 4,000 (depending on experience)
Sales Commission: 1% of sales revenue
