Job Type: 44 hours per week, (Shift - Day/Night)

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure residents under his charge maintain or are helped to maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Supervise Nursing Aides and Healthcare Attendants to maintain personal grooming and dressing.
  • Attend to any complaints by residents, take necessary steps to redress any grievance, and report the same to the Operation Manager
  • Accompany residents for outings/events and supervise the residents at such outings.
  • Participate in the development of the care plan, putting it into action, and follow up on the care plan.
  • Movement and record of residents and visitors in and out of the premises.
  • Communicate with fellow officers when relieving others of duty or handing over duty on all matters of importance connected with his duties, explaining any directions of the supervisors affecting individual residents or upcoming activities of the Home.
  • Patrol the dormitories and premises and ensure that everything is clean and in good order, particularly toilets, kitchens, and dining areas.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in any of the fields or related fields from a recognized university.
  • 1 -2 years of related experience with nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders.
  • A team player and able to organize and execute programs.
  • Be organized and punctual with strict adherence to Nursing Home policies.
  • Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
