About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Personal Assistant to support our Real Estate consultancy team in day-to-day operations. This role provides hands‑on exposure to industrial real estate and business consultancy work, supporting consultants across property sourcing, client coordination, marketing support and administrative functions.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, timelines are met and clients are well supported. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive and keen to develop practical experience in the real estate and consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support property sourcing efforts by identifying and shortlisting suitable properties based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate site visits, meetings and appointments with clients and external parties.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, data entry and record maintenance.
  • Assist with marketing and client outreach activities, including maintaining contact databases and follow‑ups.
  • Support consultants with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks.
  • Handle initial client enquiries and assist in arranging follow‑ups with consultants.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, client‑oriented approach.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to manage schedules, track tasks and support multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable and able to work well within a small, fast‑moving team.
  • Prior experience in real estate, sales support, or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications. Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are welcome.
