Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and liaising with clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Prepare and compile itineraries, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Liaise professionally with internal staff, external suppliers, and clients.
  • Provide personal assistance to top management when required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.

  • Working location: Pasir Panjang
  • Working hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, transportation coordination, and schedule management.
  • Prepare and compile itineraries, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Liaise professionally with internal staff, external suppliers, and clients
  • Provide personal assistance to top management when required, such as grocery purchases and coordination of household maintenance.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin as to liaise with relevant counterparts
  • Willing to travel when required
