Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and expenses.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Assist with daily office operations and workflow coordination.
  • Support documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners when required.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and operational needs.
  • Help monitor and update internal records and operational trackers.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events, meetings or company activities.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Personal Assistant cum Operations Support to assist management with daily tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and support basic administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities.

Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or simple layout tools) will be an added advantage for creating simple marketing materials, presentations or internal documents.

Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and expenses
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Operations Support
  • Assist with daily office operations and workflow coordination
