Responsibilities
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO across time zones, including agendas, and other necessary preparations.
  • Arrange and manage travel logistics and activities, including urgent requirements and contingency planning.
  • Manage emails, messages and correspondence, prioritize requests, draft responses and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle expenses, documentations, reminders, and personal logistics to support the CEO’s professional and day-to-day needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders and others to ensure smooth execution of schedules and commitments.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
