Requirements
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience in Corporate Governance.
  3. Assist director in completing sales support duties.
  4. Attend overseas business trips with Director & Other Shareholders.
  5. JB Day Trip | KL 1-2 Days | Bangkok 3-5 Days | Few Trips a Year [Depends on Business Need].
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee various projects assigned by the Director across diverse business lines, community initiatives, and personal interests, managing interconnected activities and relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) for various projects.
  • Balance the interests of the company's stakeholders, including shareholders, management, customers, suppliers, financiers, government, and the community.
  • Manage Director’s calendar, travel, meetings, and schedules, facilitating appointments, securing necessary equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for local, regional, and international meetings/presentations, conduct meetings, and maintain accurate records of materials and meeting minutes.
  • Perform additional duties as delegated by the Director, including coordinating the operations of the Director’s office.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
