Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore seeks an experienced technician for on-site maintenance of Multi-Functional Printers. The role requires 2 to 5 years of experience in product management, strong IT knowledge, and a Class 3 driving license. You will troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues, update service jobs, and assist with machine setups. Ideal candidates are customer-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work independently. Salary up to $3,500 with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • 2 – 5 years’ product management experience in copier, including troubleshooting.
  • Class 3 driving license required.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions, escalating when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site service activities at customer premises.
  • Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs).
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on MFPs.
  • Update all completed service jobs in CRM and clear parts used in SAP system.
  • Handle machine setup for newly purchased MFPs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site service activities at customer premises, including:
  • Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs)
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on MFPs
  • Update all completed service jobs in CRM and clear parts used in SAP system
  • Handle machine setup (printer driver installation, scanning setup via Email/PC) for newly purchased MFPs
  • Provide administrative support to service team (report updating, collection of payment, ordering of service parts, etc.)
