Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales Manager (Calibration & Metrology Solutions) to expand our calibration products and measurement services footprint, manage key customer relationships, and support tender/bid processes.

  • Identify and develop new calibration business opportunities; drive tenders, quotations, and proposal submissions to ensure competitive and compliant offers.
  • Apply strong technical understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and processes in solution positioning and bidding.
  • Execute strategic market expansion: identify growth sectors and potential channel partners; develop entry strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Navigate tendering processes and government procurement systems; conduct routine GeBIZ monitoring.
  • Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates; CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships; collaborate cross-functionally with operations/technical teams to deliver on customer requirements.

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales/business development; calibration/metrology domain experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong grasp of ISO/IEC 17025 processes and how they impact offers and service delivery.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; fast and meticulous with strong analytical ability.
  • Familiarity with tendering, government procurement, and GeBIZ.
  • Regional exposure in the Southeast Asia market is a plus.
