Job summary

A leading corporate service provider in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to manage client inquiries and relationships. $2,800 - $3,200 (depend on experience) + Profit sharing (OTE $3,800–$4,500)

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm. Occasional weekends but will be provided with replacement off day

Location: Pandan Loop

Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming corporate enquiries via WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
  • Build strong client relationships, upsell live stations/activities, and close deals.
  • Suggest and promote customised packaging solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, issue invoices, and manage payment collection.
  • Check and maintain website orders and ordering system for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure orders are packed and delivered on time.
  • Propose and execute sales campaigns and festive promotions for corporate clients.
  • Manage and grow e-commerce platforms (Shopee, GrabMart, Foodpanda, TikTok Shop)
  • Explore new digital platforms and B2B opportunities to expand business.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and detailed client order history.
  • Assist in event-related sales activities when required.
