Responsibilities
- Customer Project & Sales Cycle Management Manage the complete sales cycle, including RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after-sales service.
- Serve as the primary contact for international clients, understand requirements, propose solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate resources across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead meetings to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Define project goals, schedules, and budgets, and manage risks with effective countermeasures.
- Provide regular status updates and performance analysis to both management and clients.
- Track server industry trends and technologies to support client product planning.
- Identify business expansion opportunities to maximize product and service value.
- Assess risks of excess and obsolete inventory, and support internal plans to minimize costs.
- Negotiate clearance and cost‑sharing solutions with clients to balance mutual interests.
- Optimize inventory management processes to reduce future risks.
Requirements
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to manage cost, margin, and inventory.
- Experience in contract and commercial terms negotiation with global clients.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of process improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
