Job description

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage industry partnerships to create internships, placements, collaborations, and fundraising opportunities.
• Source and secure new partners, maintain long‑term relationships, and manage MOUs and agreements.
• Act as the main liaison between industry partners, university leadership, faculty, students, alumni, and internal teams.
• Develop industry engagement strategies, conduct market and employer analysis, and position company as a premium engineering talent source.
• Plan and execute career and industry engagement events, including talks, networking sessions, and employer visits.
• Collaborate with alumni, academic teams, student groups, and marketing to enhance employer engagement and visibility.
• Track partnerships, placements, and engagement outcomes; provide insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Represent company at industry events and conferences.
• Engage in continuous professional development and share best practices internally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate partnerships or career services (7+ years for Manager level).
• Proven track record in securing industry partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Confident working in cross‑cultural environments; proactive, adaptable, and team‑oriented.
• IT proficient and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
