Job description

The purpose of this role is work closely with the Digital Performance teams to implement and execute Performance Marketing campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

The Performance Exec - Display will be working for a world-leading digital subscription services business focusing on programmatic and / or display execution. They will work within a complex, structured and multinational team comprising of client, strategy, data & tech and digital performance teams. The right candidate will have : a structured and logical decision making process, be comfortable with analysing large amounts of data, display initiative and positive attitude to the role.

Job Description : Key Responsibilities
  • Focused on Day-to-Day execution and ensure timely and accurate campaign management
  • Lead campaign reporting and is responsible for pacing, QA
  • Liaises and build relationships with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
  • Collaborate on planning and strategy for Display and Programmatic activity as part of a range of different media mixes from our client portfolio.
  • Be comfortable and confident manipulating large data sets accurately, providing meaningful and actionable insights to meet client KPIs.
  • Utilise communication skills to effectively liaise with the internal team stakeholders
  • Liaising with the team to ensure that all team admin is up to date and accurate by required deadlines (Reporting / billings, PCAs etc)
Qualifications + Skills
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience working within a performance role (Display / Programmatic advertising experience is preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Detail orientated with first class analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Display strong initiative and goal driven.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both as an individual and within a team.
