1. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
- Source, filter, and shortlist candidates for site and office roles
- Conduct interviews alongside project managers or site supervisors
- Assess candidate suitability based on project demands and safety compliance
2. Remuneration Negotiation
- Discuss salary expectations and negotiate packages
- Handle employment contracts, ensuring clarity on allowances, OT, and site-specific terms
- Liaise with finance and project teams to align manpower budgets
3. Client Management
- Attend client meetings to understand manpower needs and project timelines
- Handle client enquiries related to staffing, deployment, and compliance
- Resolve client concerns and negotiate on site matters
4. Staff Engagement & Onboarding
- Oversee onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, precommencement checklist etc
- Monitor staff experience across sites and address welfare needs
- Organize engagement activities to boost morale and retention
- Handle exit interview
5. Grievance & Disciplinary Handling
- Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, including site disputes or welfare issues
- Conduct investigations and recommend disciplinary actions in line with MOM guidelines
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with employment laws
Criteria
- Degree in HR or any related field
- 5 years experience in HR & Stakeholder management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Singapore’s employment regulations and MOM standards
- Ability to manage diverse teams across multiple sites
- Ability to multitask and deal with conflicts
