Qualifications

• Knowledge of fundamental P&C practices including employee data and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support the understanding and application of the Group Talent Framework.
• Assist in preparing Talent Marketplace usage analytics and reports.
• Gain exposure to budgeting processes and assist in managing P&C projects.
