A leading hotel management company in Singapore is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll functions for approximately 300 employees. Responsibilities include performing tax clearance, submitting various claims, and ensuring accurate payroll reporting. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of payroll experience, a diploma in a business-related field, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages. A positive mindset and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this role.
Perform all payroll related functions for a headcount of approximately 300
Perform tax clearance and yearly reporting to authority
Submission of pro-family claims and any related authorities' salary claim e.g. NS reservist pay; childcare; paternity and maternity claims; FWL etc
Work with HR team in employee related claims e.g. Work Injury and H\&S Claim
Perform monthly payroll reporting
1 to 2 years of payroll and related experience with work pass exposure
Diploma/Certificate/GCE "O" level in business related discipline
Confident to communicate and interact with all levels fluently in more than one language
Ability to work under tight timelines and possess a positive mindset with a "can do" attitude
Meticulous and focus in details
Ability to work cohesively in a team
